Limitations Scores reflect cross-source textual agreement only — a field that is wrong in the same way across all sources scores as “accurate.” States with fewer than 100 matched NPIs are marked insufficient sample and excluded from the leaderboard. Address matching uses city + state only; ZIP-level granularity is deferred to a future methodology version. Specialty matching uses NUCC taxonomy codes; translation divergences between sources may overcount disagreements. Fonteum does not independently verify any field — this is a cross-source agreement score, not a ground-truth accuracy measurement.
